Broccoli, one of the most popular winter vegetables, is both very useful and rich in content. Due to the vitamins and benefits it contains, broccoli recipes are among the favorites of mothers. So when is broccoli given to babies ?

You can give vegetables such as zucchini, carrots and broccoli to your baby by steaming them during the complementary feeding period. However, since some foods are not easy to digest, consuming them in the early period can cause gas in the baby, broccoli is one of them. Unless your doctor tells you otherwise, you can give broccoli to your baby from the 8th month.
